Advanced management service package that includes all services including financial management, tax records, paying association dues, utilities along with the entire Gold and Silver packages listed below.
II. Gold $150/month (based on 12 month contract)
Enhanced management service includes contractor coordination for major repairs, basic maintenance in the property, regular scheduled on-site inspections along with the entire Silver package listed below.
III. Silver $110/month (based on 12 month contract)
Management service includes collection of rent, receive tenant phone calls, emails and all correspondence and complaints, move-in on site inspections, real estate coordination of credit and background checks, assistance with key delivery and home accessories and a 24/7 emergency number available.
