Online Application Process

 Apply in four easy steps!



1) Choose the Correct Application:

Please select the appropriate application based on whether you are purchasing or renting a property. If you are unsure which link to click for your community, kindly consult your real estate agent or property manager.


2) Complete Application Requirements:

Ensure that you carefully read and include all necessary items. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Additionally, kindly send the following documents to the Association management company email address:

  • Your executed sales contract or lease agreement.
  • Photo ID of all tenants, residents, or buyers over 18 years old.
  • If you plan to have a pet, include a photo of the pet, veterinary records, and the pet registration form available under forms and links.
  • If the community requires proof of income, please include pay stubs.


Please note that failing to provide the complete list of required items will delay the application process.


3) Contact Your Real Estate Agent:

For more information or any questions regarding the application, please have your real estate agent reach out to the management office. The processing center does not handle application inquiries or updates via phone calls. To obtain an update on your application, please send an email.


4) Rush Application Option:

If you wish to expedite your application, you have the option to pay a $100 rush fee. This fee ensures that your application will be processed within 48 hours, and your interview will be scheduled. However, please note that approval is not guaranteed within 48 hours.
