The FSM staff wants to welcome and wish everyone a terrific summer. This year, 2026, we are urging all residents to prepare in advance for their hurricane plan. FSM is working with all the board members to get hurricane preparation done in plenty of time so when the storm season arrives, there is no stone unturned. Please make all the necessary plans to remove items from outside the home, look into evacuation plans if needed and go through the local checklist for everything at your property. Taking photos of your contents and using checklist provided by hurricane experts is the best way to go.
