The June 2023 Mid Year Financial reports are soon to be released. As the communities work to keep the dues as low as possible, we are working to negotiate all vendor costs.
Unfortunately with the inflation costs, insurance skyrocketing premiums and the increases in vendor/labor costs, we are seeing dues rise across the board. In the coming months you will be getting the 2024 proposed budgets for your community.
We welcome all feedback and please know that our staff is working hard to track all expenses. We are also rpeparing the communities for the new state law that requires reserve studies and proper funding. It is a well known fact that association dues for both condominiums and homeowner assocoiation are on the rise, so please budget ahead so you are ready for the 2024 dues increases that are expected to hit every community.
