The FSM staff is gearing up for an exciting 2025 budget season. This year will be more difficult that most as the condominiums are required to have reserve studies updated and completed by the end of December 2024. In addition, many HOAs are also increasing ther savings and with the work that has been deferred, all aassociations are seeing increases in the 2025 budget projects. Please be on the look out for the mailingnotices for the 2025 budgets and know that our accounting, customer relations and executive team members are here to support all BOD members and unit owners with any questions that they may have. We look forward to and expect the highest turnout for the annual budget meetings and so many communities will be offering zoom option for their meetings.
