As we head to the final two months of 2020, the community association 2021 budget meetings are wrapping up. The property managers are working with the printers and the accounting staff to prepare the mailings for the 2021 coupons and payment option packages. Florida Skyline Management will continue to offer the same 6 ways to pay. The old fashioned coupon books are available and will be sent to all owners around the end of November. In addition, we offer complimentary ACH direct debit on the 1st of each month. Those that are on ACH now do not need to do anything for 2021 even if their dues change amounts. Anyone wishing to set that up, please send in the ACH form and voided check. We also collect payments in our Miami processing center by anyone who mails a check with their coupon or without it. Please make sure that you include your account number on the memo portion or if you are using your banks online bill pay, please add that to vendor profile. We also offer a way to pay through our website by clicking on the Make a Payment button on the home page and following the prompts. If you have auto pay setup on the web site and your dues change, you must login and make the change in amount. The final two ways include being allowed to make a payment over the phone or even hiring our courier to pick up the check.
