Florida Skyline Management's accounting department has announced the 2021 Budget Meeting schedule and the proposed budgets for all community associations. By now, all the Board of Directors are in receipt of their respective community proposed 2021 budget for the community. Once the board reveiws the budget and the amounts for each owner to pay, the management company will mail a copy via US mail to the address of record for each owner. If you wish to receive a copy of the budget and/or notice by email, please request this and our customer relations team will quickly respond for you as well. As we prepare for the upcoming budget season, we are working hard to keep all the Association dues down, by negotiating vendor contracts, bidding our projects and reducing all unnecessary costs. There are some areas that cannot be helped like insurance and utilities increasing across the region. We want to give everyone enough notice to prepare for the meeting. The 2021 mailing of the coupons will again take place in November. We will continue to offer the 6 ways to pay and if you are on ACH you will not need to do anything. If you pay from your bank online bill pay or through our website, please login and correct the amount in time for the January 1, 2021 payment.
Thank you to all the volunteers who assisted with the budget committees, residents who volunteers and others who made sacrifices and suggestions to help keep the Association Dues as low as possible. We look forward to seeing all the board members and residents who particpate on the budget meetings that will take place via conference call or zoom this season.
