The 2018 Mid year reports are completed for the different Associations. The June 2018 financial reports were provided to all communities. This means the management team will be working with the accounting staff and the board members to prepare for the 2019 drafts of the budgets for every community. Our management company is excited to say that many of our communities have not had an increase in their dues in many years. This is largely due to execellent planning, hard negotiating and great collection efforts by the management staff. As these reports are available for inspection, please look for your notices in the mail in the fall for the 2019 Budget meetings that will be taking place at your community. Although some communities will be planning an increase for additional projects or special assessments for un predictable expenses that come up, we are looking forward to announcing to all members the amount of the 2019 dues.
